NuYo’s new card-less VIP Program Registration
We are moving to a card-less VIP Program, allowing you to use your cell phone number as your VIP Program account number and eliminating the need to carry your VIP Program card with you.
How the new card-less NuYo VIP Program Works:
- To participate in the new NuYo VIP Program, you must read these terms and conditions and check the boxes below agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions.
- If you have not already done so, go to your local NuYo store, and turn in your old VIP card to a NuYo team member and write your new account number (your cell phone) on the provided label. The NuYo team member will then use your cell phone number to initially register your VIP account so you can begin earning points on your purchases.
- Once you agree to the terms and conditions and registered below, we will add 25 bonus points to your account and you will be eligible to redeem rewards at NuYo as soon as you reach 40 points. Accounts that are not fully registered below will still be eligible to earn points, but will not be able to redeem rewards until the account is fully registered.
- If you have an existing VIP card we will transfer any points and/or rewards from your old rewards card to your new VIP Program account.
- For every dollar you spend at NuYo, you will earn one (1) point. Once you reach forty (40) points, we will add $4.00 in NuYo rewards to your account, which you can then redeem at NuYo.
- You can check your points balance at www.nuyofrozenyogurt.com
- All points and/or rewards expire 365 days after the date they are awarded to your account.
- All points and/or rewards are issued for loyalty purposes only.
Terms and Conditions for the new card-less NuYo VIP Program:
The NuYo VIP Program (“Program”) is offered to NuYo customers at the sole discretion of NuYo Frozen Yogurt, Inc. (“NuYo”) and is open only to individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age and older that have enrolled in the Program with a valid cell-phone number and email address. NuYo does not knowingly collect information from, nor is this website directed to, children. The terms and conditions set forth herein govern the Program (“Program Rules”). In these Program Rules, “you” or “your” means the person or party who is registering for the Program, or any person you authorize to use your NuYo VIP Program account. You may only have one (1) Program account linked to your name/cellphone/email address. Your membership in the Program will be renewed automatically each year on January 1st as long as your account is open, or until we notify you of the Program’s cancellation.
By providing a phone number, email address, and/or account number to NuYo, you expressly agree to end your membership in the old VIP Program (if applicable), expressly agree to participate in the new Program, and expressly agree to the terms and conditions for the new Program listed herein. By providing a phone number and/or email address, you also expressly agree to receive company updates, coupons and/or promotions from NuYo via calls, text messages and/or emails, including calls, texts, or email messages that may be sent via an ATDS or an artificial or prerecorded voice. Providing consent is not a condition to making a purchase. Consent records will be maintained for at least 4 years. Data usage or other charges from your phone company or internet service provider may apply, and you agree you are solely responsible for paying any such charges.
For every dollar you spend at a participating NuYo location, you will earn one (1) point. Once you reach forty (40) points, we will add $4.00 in NuYo rewards to your account, which you can then redeem at any participating NuYo location with an operable electronic network. Rewards earned will be available for redemption within [1-Year]. There is no maximum amount of points and/or rewards that you can accumulate in the Program, subject to the expiration of points and/or rewards. Rewards may not be redeemed for purchases of gift cards or apparel. To earn points and/or rewards, you must provide your Program account number to the NuYo team member processing your purchase, prior to completing that purchase. If you do not provide your Program account number prior to processing the purchase, you will not earn any points and/or rewards for that purchase. All points and/or rewards expire 365 days after the date they are awarded to your account. All points and/or awards are issued for loyalty purposes only. Points and/or rewards are earned and redeemable only at participating locations with operable electronic transaction networks. If a NuYo location closes, you may still redeem any rewards at any other remaining participating NuYo location with an operable electronic transaction network, subject to expiration, but you have no right or entitlement to redeem any points and/or rewards for cash. All rewards redemptions are final and may not be cancelled.
Points and/or rewards are not refundable, replaceable, or transferable for cash, credit or other rewards under any circumstances. Points and/or rewards earned have no cash value. Points and/or rewards may not be assigned, sold, transferred, and/or pledged to any third party. You have no property rights or other legal interests in any points and/or rewards. Points and/or rewards from separately enrolled accounts may not be combined into one account.
NuYo is not responsible for any tax liability related to this Program. Any disputes concerning points and/or rewards will not affect your payment obligations for your purchases at NuYo. We are not responsible for any disputes among you or any authorized or unauthorized user(s) of your account relating to the Program.
NuYo has the right to monitor all Program and account activity. If, at NuYo’s sole reasonable discretion, NuYo believes or suspects that you, or anyone using your Program account has engaged in any fraud, abuse or suspicious activity; failed to follow the Program rules; or made any misrepresentations, NuYo reserves the right to close or freeze your Program account immediately, prohibit you from earning or redeeming points and/or rewards, and/or cause you to forfeit any points and/or rewards not already redeemed. If your points and/or rewards are cancelled or forfeited for any reason, we will not reinstate those points and/or rewards to your account. If your account is closed for any reason, your membership in the Program will be terminated. If NuYo believes that you, or anyone using your Program account has conducted any fraudulent activity, NuYo reserves the right to take any necessary legal action and may have grounds to confiscate any points and/or rewards redeemed as a result of such activity. In addition, you may be liable for monetary losses to NuYo, including litigation costs (including attorneys’ fees and costs) and damages, and you will not be allowed to participate in the Program in the future.

NuYo reserves the right to modify any and all terms of the Program and/or cancel the Program at any time, without prior notice, even though such changes might affect your ability to use any points and/or rewards you have already earned. Your continued participation in the Program constitutes your acceptance of any changes to the terms and conditions of the Program. You are responsible for remaining knowledgeable of any changes that NuYo makes to the Program and the Program Rules. The most current version of these Program Rules will be available on the www.nuyofrozenyogurt.com and will supersede all previous versions of these Program Rules. If NuYo determines to cancel or terminate the Program, NuYo will provide notice to you via the email address you supply at the time of registration. Upon cancellation or termination, your ability to earn points and/or rewards will terminate immediately, and you must use any available points and/or rewards remaining in your account prior to their expiration. After that date, any remaining points and/or rewards will be forfeited without compensation.
NuYo makes no guarantees, warranties, or representations of any kind concerning the Program. You release NuYo and its affiliates, partners, and franchisees from liability regarding any earning, redemption, and/or use of points and/or rewards, including any points and/or rewards that, after receipt, may be lost, stolen or destroyed. You also expressly acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to rely upon, and have not relied upon, any representation by NuYo that is not expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions. You also expressly agree that you must submit any dispute you wish to raise against NuYo related to the Program to binding arbitration in Roseville California. You also expressly agree that if any term or condition herein is found to be unenforceable, such finding will not impact the enforceability of all other terms and conditions. NuYo has no obligation with respect to the Program beyond those described in these Terms and Conditions and Program Rules.
